Time Out Sportswear can create a custom storefront for your team or organization's members to order their own items.  We'll help you pick merchandise that's proven to sell - and we'll help organize the whole design & sales process for you. From start to finish we'll work with you to see the store gets up and running - and your team members can start ordering.


we offer TWO TYPES OF CUSTOM STORES:


OPTION #1:

TIMED STORES

Timed Stores are open for a specified amount of time. Upon close of the store, items will go into production and be ready in approximately 10-15 business days. 


Time Out Sportswear will work with clients to create products for placement in their on-line store.  We will suggest items that typically sell the best and create all necessary mock ups for use in the storefront. 


Once the storefront is up & running, clients can share the store URL (which we will provide) with their team or organization. From there, people can order any items in the size and quantities they wish.


Upon close of the store (on a date & time specified by the customer), the items ordered will go into production.   It typically takes 10-15 business days (depending on how busy we are) for the items to be produced and then be ready for bulk pick up. 


Delivery / shipping of the entire order is also available for a fee.  Sorting, bagging, & directly mailing the individual items to those who ordered is also available for a separate fee.  Please be advised, however, that direct shipping can add a significant cost - typically around $7-10 per item.


Timed Stores: FAQ

  • IS THERE A SETUP FEE?

    There is no setup fee for Timed Stores but the pricing for items is a little higher to cover production costs.

  • HOW LONG IS A TIMED STORE OPEN FOR?

    We will close your Timed Store on the date and time you specify. Just realized that from the close of your store it will take 10-15 business days for items to be produced and then subsequently ready for pick up or delivery.

  • WHY DO SOME ITEMS IN THE TIMED STORE COST MORE THAN OTHERS?

    The primary reason for different item costs results from apparel content, fabric weights, and apparel manufacturing process.  Suffice to say not all base garments are the same!

  • WHAT SIZE ITEMS SHOULD PEOPLE BUY?

    People can refer to the size chart for product specific sizing information. Size charts are typically included on the product page for items in your store.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN BE USED ON CUSTOM STORES?

    Time Out Sportswear accepts Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, & Google Pay.  Paypal will be coming soon.

  • IS IT SAFE TO USE A CREDIT CARD ONLINE IN A TIME OUT SPORTSWEAR CUSTOM STORE?

    Absolutely, yes. Time Out Sportswear in conjunction with Shopify uses the latest secure server software (SSL) that encrypts all payment information. Additionally, payment information is never stored or archived, it is only used through a national payment processor.

  • WHEN WILL THE CREDIT CARD OF CUSTOMERS USING MY TIMED STORE BE CHARGED?

    Time Out Sportswear charges customer’s credit cards upon placing their order.

  • WILL SALES SALES TAX BE CHARGED ON ORDERS?

    Sales tax on clothing & apparel items will not be added to people purchasing in the state of Massachsueetts. Sales tax will be added to any other items the state of Massachsueetts deems to be taxable. Sales tax will be added to any orders shipped to addresses in states where there is sales tax.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Because all Time Out Sportswear products are customized items, we do not accept any returns for products. Limited replacements due to product quality issues or defects are addressed on an individual basis.  We do not issue refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.  We will resend an order if it is found to be lost in transit by the courier.

OPTION #2:
ON-DEMAND STORES

On-Demand Stores are available for teams, schools, athletic departments, businesses, organizations, and other large groups.


Stores are always open - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  As items are ordered, they are individually produced “on-demand” and then shipped to the individual who ordered them.


Benefits of having a Time Out Sportswear "On-Demand" Store: 


  • Your team, group, or organization earns a 15% commission on all items sold (less shipping costs) via your On-Demand Store.
  • ZERO cost or set-up fee
  • Your On-Demand Store is open for your team or organization 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
  • Larger variety of custom items are available. Those include t-shirts, hoodies, hats, beanies, drinkware, coffee mugs, towels, blankets, aprons, iPhone cases, posters, stickers, notebooks, backpacks, and much more.  The options are nearly limitless.
  • You can offer a greater variety of different styles, colors, and size options.
  • No need to package & ship items - they will be shipped directly to the individual ordering them.

On-Demand Stores: FAQ

  • IS THERE A SETUP FEE?

    There is not setup fee for On-Demand Stores.

  • WHAT CAN A TEAM OR ORGANIZATION DO TO MAXIMIZE POTENTIAL COMMISSIONS WITH AN "ON-DEMAND" STORE?

    Teams and organizations that actively promote the 24/7 on-line availability of their Store generate the biggest commissions:

    • Step One: Place the Time Out Sportswear "On-Demand" Store Link on your team or organization's website.  Simply put, make your Store accessible to the members or your team or organization.
    • Step Two: Promote awareness through newsletters, email blasts, and via social media. Printed postcards with a QR code directing people to the Store are also a great promotional tool.  Ask us about discounted promotional postcard printing if you're interested.

  • WHY DO “ON-DEMAND” STORE ITEMS COST MORE THAN TYPICAL ITEMS PRINTED AT TIME OUT SPORTSWEAR?

    Because “On-Demand” items are produced & shipped individually, the per unit cost is much higher. With screen printed and embroidered items, the per unit cost goes down significantly when you produce more items as the set up costs are spread out. As an example, the per unit cost between producing 1 t-shirt versus producing 144 t-shirts is very significant.
