Let’s stitch.

Show off your brand in a new way with high-quality, custom embroidery produced in-house by our experienced staff. Screen printing isn’t the only option for products like hats, beanies, polo shirts, or jackets. Turn to custom embroidery to give these products an ultra high quality look. We're here to walk you through the process.

The main factor in pricing is the amount of stitches needed to recreate your design. Our team will assess your art and then provide a custom price quote as well as recommendations to ensure the best product possible within your budget.

Embroidery: The Process

  • 1. CHOOSE YOUR APPAREL

With our vast selection of apparel, headwear and accessories you are sure to find items that meet your needs within your budget. Our specialists are always available to help you select just the right piece for your project. Simply call or come by the shop.

  • 2. SUBMIT YOUR ART

The best embroidery comes from very clean, high quality digital files.

If your files are not provided in a high resolution, we can convert them for a small fee.

Need to start a project from scratch? No problem. We can create a custom design for you! Separate art fees apply. Call for details.

  • 3. WE REVIEW YOUR SUBMISSION

When reviewing your art, we look for fine detail, gradients and small lettering that may not translate well. We’ll be sure to make a recommendation or give you some options if your logo will not embroider well on a particular garment.

  • 4. DIGITIZING

Digitizing is the process by which we translate digital art files into stitches using specialized software.

  • 5. SEW OUT (OPTIONAL)

Although the digitized file gives us a very realistic assessment of what the final embroidery will look like, for a nominal fee we can create an actual stitched out sample. We’ll make any tweaks or adjustments if needed and send the final sew out to you for approval.

  • 6. HOOPING & CLAMPING

An embroidery hoop is snapped around the area of the garment to be sewn. This hoop is affixed (clamped) to a head on the embroidery machine. These steps are taken to stabilize the garment as the needle sews the fabric.

  • 7. RUN LINES

A production run for embroidery is called running the lines. This is when your design comes to life!

  • 8. TRIMMING

Once the run line is complete, we remove the excess backing from the embroidered design. Sometimes a tear-away backing is used, and it can be pulled off. Other times the backing must be cut, or trimmed, from the back of the garment.

  • 9. STEAMING

The embroidery hoop has a tendency to leave a ring on certain garments. This does not damage the fabric. We simply steam these items to return them to their pre-embroidered appearance.
